Investors are able to access the Fund with a reasonable minimum investment and have the potential to realize achievable, consistent returns backed by the team's track record across asset classes and past experience growing similar private real estate debt strategies totaling over $3 billion in AUM. The team's experience covers every facet of real estate lending (origination, underwriting, due diligence, closing and risk management) and fund growth (strategy, compliance, fundraising, investor reporting, administration and investor relations).
